Easy Vegan Fro-Yo (or Best-Ever Pudding)

Vegan Fro-Yo

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed butter (or almond butter)
  • 2/3 cups organic canned coconut milk
  • 3 tsp. cacao powder (or cocoa) – can add more for a darker chcocolatey taste
  • 4 tsp. Truvia – or to taste
  • pinch of salt

Mix together and freeze for fro-yo or go ahead and eat if you just want some puddin’.
