- 1/3 cup sunflower seed butter (or almond butter)
- 2/3 cups organic canned coconut milk
- 3 tsp. cacao powder (or cocoa) – can add more for a darker chcocolatey taste
- 4 tsp. Truvia – or to taste
- pinch of salt
Mix together and freeze for fro-yo or go ahead and eat if you just want some puddin’.
